Fallout Shelter

After eight years of driving passing here nearly everyday, I never notice this washed out fallout shelter sign that is about 12 foot above ground. However, on a sunny day afternoon walk, this sign becomes prominent when I was about to take a picture of the "Police Zone" sign.
